Q:  Does Kaleidio have a storefront, and do you allow for local pickup?
A:  We do not have a storefront. We do not currently allow for local pickup, but standard shipping is free within the U.S.

 

Q:  Where do you ship from?
A:  We fulfill all of our orders ourselves and ship directly from our warehouse located in Walnut, California.

 

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders usually ship within 1 business day. We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received before 10:00 AM Pacific Time will be processed the same day. All orders received after the processing cut off will be processed the next business day.

 

Q:  Will this case work for my phone?
A:  All phone cases are model specific, so for the most part, cases are not interchangeable (ie. a case for the iPhone 5C will not work for an iPhone 5S). If you have any questions regarding which cases will work for your phone, please feel free to email us at support@gizmocell.com, and we will be more than happy to direct you to the correct case for your phone.

 

Q:  I bought the wrong case. What is your return policy?
A:  We will accept a return for a refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us to make arrangements for your return.

 

Q:  How long does it take to get my order?
A:  When standard shipping is selected for your order, those orders are shipped with USPS First Class Mail. Transit can take anywhere from 1-7 business days depending on your location. A USPS Delivery Confirmation # is included free of charge on all orders, and your package can be tracked on the post office website USPS.com. If the expedited shipping method is chosen, the order will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail. The transit time for this method is 1-3 business days again depending on your location.

 

Q: Why does my delivery confirmation # not work?
A:  It can take 24-48 hours for the delivery confirmation # to become active on the post office website USPS.com. If the delivery confirmation # is not active after 48 hours, please contact us so we can look into the status of the order.
